Friday was a good day despite having a bout with the flu at the end of the day. Why? Because I finally got a Wii, which was more difficult than previously thought. The fun a new Nintendo console brings surpasses all small-time diseases. Due to this and playing the new Zelda, I felt that the time to do a comic about Nintendo’s flagship title had come.
Can’t really say anything bad about Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii at this point other than Link’s walking animation looks a bit stiff when he doesn’t have a sword and a shield. The game is the much appreciated true sequel with a grown-up Link as opposed to his younger self. The game reminds me mostly The Ocarina of Time on the N64, which isn’t a bad thing considering the quality that game oozes. Andre still says that Link to the Past is the best Zelda and he’s probably right as that is a testament to the level of quality 2D gaming can offer.
Speaking of Andre, here’s part nine of his chunky pixel Mario RPG series.
